Receiving a diagnosis of an ovarian cyst or a uterine fibroid can be frightening.
The moment many women receive that diagnosis, they stop seeing themselves.
From that moment on, they see only the mass.
How large it is.
Whether it will continue to grow.
Whether surgery will be necessary.
Whether they will still be able to have children.
Whether it could become something serious.
And that fear is completely understandable.
When women come to me, however, I ask a different question:
Because the body never creates anything without a reason.
And that question is where all of my work begins.
Every day I meet women who tell me:
"My body has betrayed me."
"My ovary is diseased."
"My uterus no longer works."
I don't believe the body works against us.
I believe the body continually does what it has always done best:
it adapts.
When a cyst develops.
When a fibroid appears.
When tissue changes.
When something grows.
My first question is: Why did this body feel the need to reach this point?
It may seem like a subtle difference, In reality, it completely changes the way we look at health.
To me, an ovarian cyst does not simply tell the story of an ovary.
A fibroid does not simply tell the story of a uterus.
They tell the story of an entire organism.
They tell the story of a woman.
That is why my work focuses on understanding the environment that allowed these changes to develop.
Because when the internal environment changes...
the way the body expresses itself may change as well.
An ovarian cyst or a uterine fibroid does not simply describe what is happening inside the ovary or the uterus.
It tells a much broader story.
🌙 The story of your physiology.
🌙 Your hormonal balance.
🌙 Your gut health.
🌙 Your metabolism.
🌙 Your nervous system.
🌙 Your body's ability to adapt.
🌙 Your lifestyle.
🌙 Your sleep.
🌙 Your nutrition.
🌙 Your emotions.
For this reason, I never see a cyst or a fibroid as an isolated event, they are part of a body that is constantly communicating.
Over the years I have learned that the body carries memory.
Not only biological memory… but emotional and relational memory as well.
For this reason, during our consultation we don't focus only on what is happening inside your body.
We also explore your story.
Through psychosomatic medicine, family genealogy, epigenetics and your personal history, we seek to understand the patterns that may have influenced the way your body has adapted over time.
Many of the women I meet learned, from childhood:
❌ to always put everyone else first.
❌ to make themselves small.
❌ to suppress their own needs.
❌ to silence their deepest desires.
❌ to take care of everyone except themselves.
This does not mean that ovarian cysts or fibroids have one single cause or that they are caused by these life experiences.
It simply means that, in my approach, this part of your story also deserves to be explored.
Because life and the body are constantly influencing one another.
Sometimes, understanding how we have lived helps us understand how our body has adapted.
Every journey begins in exactly the same way.
❌ Never with the diagnosis.
❌ Never with the size of the cyst.
❌ Never with the dimensions of the fibroid.
It always begins with your body.
Before our consultation, I will ask you to send photographs of your tongue, your face, your abdomen and other elements that allow me to begin reading your body's story.
My Tongue Protocol integrates everything I observe with female physiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, psychosomatic medicine, epigenetics, family genealogy and other approaches dedicated to women's health.
Not to search for a theoretical explanation… but to create a truly personalised path designed specifically for you.
I don't work against a cyst.
I don't work against a fibroid.
I work to help your body regain the best possible conditions for balance.
As I often say… I don't simply clean one gear.
I help the entire mechanism function in the best possible way.
Because when the whole organism regains balance… it can change far more than you might imagine.
And this is something I continue to witness every single day.
Over the years, I have accompanied women living with large ovarian cysts and uterine fibroids that had become part of their daily lives. One of them was Chiara, who had an ovarian cyst measuring approximately 10 centimetres, documented by ultrasound.
Throughout her journey, we did not work against the cyst.
🌙 We worked to support her body.
🌙 To help rebalance the systems that were under the greatest strain.
🌙 To create increasingly favourable conditions for health.
The ultrasound images and testimonials you will find below tell the story of that journey.
They are not promises, They are real stories.
Real women.
Real bodies that demonstrate how dynamic the human body can be when it is supported with care.
She was a woman.
A woman with fears, With dreams, With the desire to feel well again.
I invite you to listen to her story, Not because your journey will necessarily be the same as hers but because it may remind you of something important.
Perhaps… it has simply been trying to adapt in the best way it knew how.
