ENDOMETRIOSIS

What if your body wasn't fighting against you...

...but was desperately trying to protect you?

tw-12

Receiving a diagnosis of endometriosis changes the way many women begin to see their bodies.

From that moment on, everything seems to have a single explanation.

❌ The pain.

❌ The exhaustion.

❌ Debilitating periods.

❌ Infertility.

❌ Adhesions.

❌ Surgeries.

❌ Fear.

Slowly, many women begin to believe that their own body has become their greatest enemy.

Every week I meet women who tell me:

"My body has betrayed me."

"I'm full of endometriosis."

"My uterus is diseased."

"I've been told it's only going to get worse."

"I've been told I'll have to live with it for the rest of my life."

"I've been told that more surgery is my only option."

I'd like to ask you something.

What if your body wasn't trying to destroy you?

What if... it was actually trying to do the exact opposite?

Pain Is Not Your Whole Story

When a woman comes to me with a diagnosis of endometriosis, she often brings with her much more than a medical report.

Years of pain.

Difficult cycles.

Fatigue.

A body she no longer recognizes.

Questions about her fertility.

Sometimes, the feeling that she is no longer free to live her life as she would like.

And this is exactly where my work begins.

What is happening in your body?

This is the question that guides my approach.

I observe the person through the lens of her physiology.

How much do you sleep?

How do you eat?

How do you move?

How do you manage your days?

How much time do you have for yourself?

How do you experience stress?

How much do you listen to your needs?

How do you relate to your body?

🌿 your menstrual history

🌿 the way you experience pain

🌿 your nutrition

🌿 your sleep

🌿 your movement

🌿 your bowel function

🌿 your daily energy

🌿 your perceived level of stress

🌿 your lifestyle habits

🌿 your relationship with your body

🌿 your personal and family history

🌿 the environment in which you live

Many of the women I meet have spent an entire lifetime:

🌙 always putting others first

🌙 repressing emotions

🌙 learning not to take up space

🌙 living constantly under pressure

🌙 forgetting their own needs

In my approach, this part of your story also deserves to be heard

Because the body and life are constantly in dialogue.

I consider them part of the story of the person I am accompanying.

Because getting to know a woman also means getting to know the context in which she lives.

These elements help me better understand the woman in front of me and

identify which aspects of her wellbeing can be supported through our work together.

Because a woman’s health does not exist separately from her everyday life.

Because the body is not made up of separate compartments.

It is a system.

Female wellbeing does not concern just one part of the body.

“A woman with endometriosis.”

She is a person with a history, a physiology, habits, an environment, rhythms, and a unique way of experiencing her own body.

And this is what I work on.

I start with your story to build your pathway.

You will not find the same list for everyone.

You will find a protocol built around your individual situation.

Your Body Is Not Your Enemy

The female body possesses an extraordinary capacity to adapt.

🌙 It does not choose to make you suffer.
🌙 It does not choose to make your life more difficult.
🌙 It is not something you need to fight against.

When a symptom appears, when pain becomes persistent, when something changes,

I start with one question:

What is happening in your body?

Not to look for a single explanation, but to understand your physiology, your story, and all those aspects of your health that we can work on together.

Pain Is a Language

For years, women have been taught

❌ that menstrual pain is normal.

❌ That you simply have to put up with it.

❌ That all you need is a painkiller.

❌ That “you’re simply unlucky.”

I cannot accept that.

Pain is a message, not the enemy.

Every pain tells us something, and it is precisely this language that I want to learn to understand together with you.

The way a woman experiences pain,

how much it affects her daily life, and

how it changes over time

are important pieces of information to gather and share as part of her health journey.

Pain should not be normalised simply because it has become familiar.

And listening to it also means knowing when it is necessary to seek advice from your doctor or specialist.

I do not replace your doctor.

I Work on Women’s Health

I am a Midwife and have been working in the field of women’s health for over twenty years.

My work is rooted in my knowledge of female physiology, the experience I have gained over the years, and my observation of the woman as a whole.

I focus on aspects of health that fall within my professional scope, observing the person, her history, her habits, her menstrual cycle history, the way she experiences pain, her nutrition, sleep, movement, bowel function, daily energy, perceived stress, habits, relationship with her body, her lifestyle and the environment in which she lives.

I work with the person as a whole.

My role is to observe, listen, connect, understand and accompany.

How I Work

Every journey with me begins with listening.

Before the consultation, I may ask you for photographs of your tongue, face and abdomen, as well as other information about your history, habits and health journey.

The Tongue Protocol is one of the tools I use within my observational method.

Tongue reading is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace medical consultations, tests, ultrasounds, MRI scans or medical assessments.

It is a tool I use to observe certain aspects over time and integrate them with all the information we gather throughout the journey.

My goal is to help you:

🌿 understand your body better

🌿 recognise the signals your body is showing you

🌿 observe how your habits are reflected in your everyday wellbeing

🌿 identify aspects of your life that can be improved

🌿 build habits that are more supportive of your wellbeing

🌿 develop greater awareness

🌿 learn to care for yourself in a deeper way

**The symptom is information.

It is not the whole story.**

After the Consultation:

The journey does not end with the first consultation.

We continue to gather information as the weeks go by.

We continue to observe.

Over time, we compare tongue photographs and the other elements that are part of our journey.

We observe what changes and,

when necessary, we modify the Protocol.

Any medical appointments, blood tests, ultrasounds, MRI scans and clinical assessments remain part of your medical and specialist care.

The Stories of the Women I Have Supported

Over the years, I have met women with very different journeys.

Women with diagnoses of endometriosis at different levels of severity.

Women who have undergone surgery.

Women who have experienced significant pelvic pain.

Women who have gone through fertility journeys.

Women who have shared how their condition has affected their quality of life.

Some have chosen to share their experiences.

Their testimonials tell the story of their own journey.

Every story is different.

Every woman is different, but they all have something in common:

the desire to feel part of their own body again.

Endometriosis can be part of your story.

It does not have to become your entire identity.

My work is to help you look beyond the diagnosis.

To get to know your body better.

To understand which aspects of your life can be changed.

To build new habits.

To develop awareness.

To begin listening to your body again.

If you are going through a journey with endometriosis, I can help you care for the woman behind that diagnosis.

🌿 Book Your First Consultation

Endometriosis can be an important part of your story.

But it is not your whole story.

If you feel that this way of looking at women’s health resonates with you, I will be happy to accompany you.

Together we will build a personalised pathway, born from your story, your physiology, and the aspects of your health that we can explore and support in practical ways.

📖 I also recommend reading “Tongue Protocol”

If you would like to understand more deeply the philosophy that guides my work, you can read my book Tongue Protocol.

Inside, I share my story, my approach, professional cases and experiences, and the 15 steps that form part of my vision for a woman’s health journey.

You do not need to read it before your First Consultation.

However, it may help you better understand the way I observe the body and the person.
