Menstrual Health

Your menstrual cycle is not just about having a baby.
It is not something you are simply expected to endure every month.
Your menstrual cycle is the way your body tells the story of its health, month after month.
Every ovulation, Every period, Every change in your cervical mucus, Every variation in your menstrual blood, Every pain, Every delay, Every blood clot, Every episode of spotting, Every emotion that accompanies your cycle...
tells a story.
Your menstrual cycle is one of the most extraordinary ways through which the female body communicates whether
it is in balance or struggling to maintain it.
Your body is constantly speaking to you.
It continuously asks for your attention and support.
The real question is: Has anyone ever truly taught you how to listen?
I say this all the time during my consultations and on my social media channels.
Because your menstrual cycle doesn't only tell us how your ovaries are functioning.
It tells us much more.
It reflects:
• Your hormonal balance
• The health of your digestive system
• The quality of your sleep
• Your energy levels
• The way your body responds to stress
• Your eating habits
• The level of inflammation within your body
• Your body's ability to adapt and maintain balance
For this reason, I never look at the menstrual cycle as an isolated event.
I see it as the greatest mirror of a woman's health.
As a result, millions of women spend years living with:
• Debilitating menstrual pain
• Amenorrhea
• Endometriosis
• Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
• Spotting
• Blood clots during menstruation
• Brown menstrual blood
• Severe Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
• Breast tenderness
• Irritability
• Irregular cycles
• Anovulation (cycles without ovulation)
• Extremely heavy menstrual bleeding
...believing that all of this is completely normal.
To challenge the myths surrounding women's health.
To teach women what nobody ever taught them.
🌙 How the female body is truly designed to function.
🌙 What is physiologically normal.
🌙 What is not.
🌙 Which signs deserve attention.
Because when a woman truly understands her own physiology...
she no longer experiences her menstrual cycle with fear.
Or as a burden she simply has to endure.
She begins to experience it with awareness.
And awareness changes everything.
It transforms the relationship she has with her body.
Too many women have been led to believe that suffering is simply part of being female.
That painful periods are normal.
That blood clots are normal.
That brown menstrual blood is normal.
That this is simply "how women's bodies work."
I profoundly disagree.
None of what you see is physiological.
These women had all been told:
"It's normal."
Yet, once their bodies were properly supported, those same symptoms disappeared.
Because...
Common and normal are not the same thing.
That distinction changes the way you look at your body forever.

All about Female Health
Because I was never satisfied with what I learned at university.
My Degree in Midwifery was only the beginning.
Over the past ten years, while living abroad, I have had the opportunity to pursue increasingly advanced training dedicated exclusively to women's health.
I expanded my professional education as a Midwife by earning several international qualifications, including:
• Period Coach
• Menstrual Practitioner
• Hormonal Health Coach
• Womb Health Educator
• Sacred Feminine Lineage Coach
• Female Shamanic Healing Practitioner
Alongside these qualifications, I have spent years studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Lunar Medicine, Energy Medicine, Psychosomatics, Epigenetics and Family Genealogy.
Because, in my experience, no single discipline can explain the complexity of a woman's body.
Each one offers a different perspective.
Each one adds another piece to the puzzle.
And it is precisely from the integration of all these approaches that my way of working was born.
A method that:
🌙 Starts with the body
🌙 Starts with physiology
🌙 Starts with the most important question:
That is why I am not interested in stopping at a label:
❌ Endometriosis
❌ PCOS
❌ Amenorrhea
❌ Spotting
❌ Infertility
❌ Luteal phase deficiency
❌ Anovulation
❌ Early menopause
❌ Hyperestrogenism
A diagnosis is information, but it is not your whole story.
I want to know you.
Your story.
Your habits.
Your cycle.
Your sleep.
Your nutrition.
Your gut.
Your perceived level of stress.
The way you live.
And what your body has been through over time.
I work with you, your story, and the aspects of your health that we can observe and understand today.
🌙 My work consists of observing which aspects of your physiology deserve attention.
🌙 Understanding which systems and functions can be supported.
🌙 Identifying which habits and everyday conditions can be changed.
🌙 And building together a personalised health pathway, consistent with your story and with what emerges during the consultation.
Every month, your menstrual cycle writes a new page of your story.
The colour of your menstrual blood.
The amount.
The consistency.
Your cervical mucus.
Pain.
Ovulation.
Your energy.
Your emotions.
For many women, all of this is simply “their period.”
For me… they are pages of a book.
The most important book of your life:
Your body.
And it is precisely this book that we will learn to read together.
They are messages to be understood.
For many years, women’s health has been observed almost exclusively through the lens of illness.
A symptom appears? … We try to eliminate it.
The pain increases? … We switch it off.
The cycle disappears? … We try to induce it.
But throughout my more than twenty years of work, I have asked myself a different question:
Why does a woman who had a regular cycle suddenly stop ovulating?
Why does an organism begin to produce blood clots?
Why does spotting appear?
Why does a woman experience every period as a nightmare?
Why does a previously regular cycle suddenly become irregular?
For me, these are not simply diagnoses.
They are questions.
And my work consists of exploring those questions with the woman.
I work to support the conditions in which your body can express healthy physiology.
And that is a profound difference.
I do not consider the menstrual cycle to be the problem.
I consider it one of the ways in which the body communicates.
This is the phrase that best represents my philosophy.
Because health is not something that someone can simply hand to you.
It is something you build every day.
Through your choices.
By listening to your needs.
Through awareness.
I want to tell you this with complete honesty.
The Tongue Protocol is not a passive journey.
It is not a one-off experience.
It is not a solution that you simply wait for.
It is a journey that requires commitment, curiosity and a willingness to question yourself.
Because change does not happen during the consultation.
It happens in your everyday life.
That is where new awareness can become new habits.
🌙 Together, we will work to create new routines.
🌙 New ways of caring for yourself.
🌙 Nutrition that is more consistent with your individual needs.
🌙 Personalised strategies.
🌙 Guided practices.
Because I can accompany you, observe, listen and help you find a direction.
But you are the one living your journey every day.
You will learn to understand your body in a way that perhaps no one has ever taught you before.
You will learn to observe:
🌸 your menstrual cycle
🌸 the changes that take place throughout the month
🌸 your body’s signals
🌸 cervical mucus
🌸 the colour and characteristics of your menstrual blood
🌸 signals that deserve greater attention
🌸 changes that occur over time
🌸 ways of supporting your wellbeing throughout the different phases of your cycle
Because my goal is not simply to accompany you today.
It is to give you tools for awareness that can stay with you over time.
For many people, the tongue is simply another part of the body.
For me, it is a map.
A map that, together with observation of the face, abdomen, your story and your physiology, represents one of the tools through which I gather information about you.
That is why every journey begins in the same way:
with observation of you and your body.
With the photographs I will ask you to provide.
With your story.
With the information we gather together.
Because the body can tell us much more than you might imagine.
There are no two women who are the same.
There are no two tongues that are the same.
There are no two menstrual cycles that are the same.
And for this reason, there cannot be two identical protocols.
Every journey is created through observation of your physiology.
Your story.
Your needs.
The aspects of your health that deserve greater attention.
That is precisely why I could never prepare a standard protocol.
It would be like making the same dress for completely different women.
I prefer to be, as I like to describe myself,
Every journey is tailored to you.
With listening.
With care.
With attention.
At the end of your First Consultation, you will not simply receive a list of recommendations.
Together, we will build your first month of the journey.
A completely personalised plan that may include, depending on what emerges during the consultation:
🌿 personalised guidance on nutrition and meal organisation
🌿 foods that are more consistent with your individual needs and those we may consider reducing
🌿 preparation and cooking methods
🌿 meal organisation throughout the day
🌿 natural and wellbeing practices that are part of my method
🌿 exercises
🌿 breathing techniques
🌿 guided practices
🌿 small changes to your everyday life
Because I do not believe in making huge changes overnight.
I believe in the power of small choices repeated every day.
One of the things my patients tell me most often is how supported they finally feel.
Our work does not end with the consultation.
In fact, that is where it begins.
🌙 Each week, we will continue to observe your journey together.
🌙 You will send me new photographs of your tongue.
🌙 When necessary, photographs of your abdomen too.
🌙 You will receive detailed feedback.
🌙 We will make any necessary adjustments to your Protocol.
🌙 We will adapt the journey according to what emerges over time.
Because you change.
Your everyday life changes.
And the Protocol needs to be able to evolve with you.
I do not believe in rigid protocols.
I believe in continuous listening.
Many women come to me hoping:
that their period will return.
That their pain will decrease.
That their blood clots will change.
That their experience of their menstrual cycle will improve.
That their reproductive situation can be understood more deeply.
But there is something I consider even more important:
Seeing a woman finally stop being afraid of her own body.
Seeing her begin to trust herself again.
Seeing her no longer experience every month with the same anxiety.
Seeing her learn to recognise and listen to the signals of her own body.
Because the most important result is not simply a change in the menstrual cycle.
You will meet women who have lived for years with:
Every story is different.
Every journey is unique.
Not because there is one identical solution for everyone,
but because every woman has a different story.
I invite you to listen to their words, not to compare yourself with them, but because perhaps,
within part of their story, you may recognise a piece of your own.
If this way of looking at women’s health resonates with you too…
I will be happy to accompany you.
But I would suggest one thing.
Before booking your First Consultation…
take your time.
Explore the website.
Read the articles.
Look at the photographs.
Listen to the testimonials.
And if you feel that the time is right…
