What if weight wasnβt the place to start?
Many women come to me after years
of diets, restrictions, calorie counting, sacrifice, and constant attempts to change their bodies.
Often, the problem is not a lack of willpower.
It is that we have learned to look at weight as the problem,
instead of asking what is happening within the woman as a whole.
I start from a different perspective.
Because the body is a system, and the way we
π eat,
π sleep,
π move,
π experience stress,
π organise our days, and
π take care of ourselves
all becomes part of our physiology.
And when these aspects are observed together,
the work can become much deeper than simply following a diet.
When a woman wants to lose weight, for me it is not simply about βmaking a number on the scales go down.β
I want to understand the person behind that number.
πΏ Her nutrition.
πΏ Her history.
πΏ Her metabolism.
πΏ Her menstrual cycle.
πΏ Her sleep.
πΏ Her gut.
πΏ Her movement.
πΏ Her energy levels.
πΏ Her perceived stress.
πΏ Her habits.
πΏ Her relationship with food.
πΏ Her environment.
πΏ The way she experiences her own body.
I am a Midwife and have been working in the field of womenβs health for over twenty years.
In my work, I use the Tongue Protocol and an integrated approach to female physiology to observe the person as a whole.
Food is an important part of this journey, but it is not the only one.
We work on
daily organisation,
the quality of nutrition,
sleep,
movement,
bowel function,
daily rhythm,
body awareness,
and the other aspects of health that fall within my method and professional scope.
This is why, in my work,
π I don't simply want to teach you what to eat.
π I want to help you build a different relationship with food.
π To understand food.
π To make conscious choices.
π To shop mindfully.
π To organise your pantry.
π To prepare your meals.
π To discover that eating well can be simple, enjoyable and even creative.
My approach includes practical tools and personalised guidance
that can help you transform the way you experience food in your everyday life.
And yesβ¦
desserts can have their place too. πΈ
Cakes.
Muffins.
Pancakes.
Tarts.
Because taking care of yourself should not mean living in constant restriction
π¬ WHAT MY PATIENTS SAY
π improvements in their performance, π attention, π memory,
π as well as a considerable reshaping of their body.
Watch Chiaraβs video interview, who lost 17 kg in a month and a half, while eating and toning her body.
Or Miriamβs story, who lost 28 kg in 4 months.
Or Francescoβs story, who lost 28 kg in 3 months...
Every woman comes with a different story.
That is why the journey is built around the individual and may include:
πΏ personalised nutritional guidance
πΏ meal organisation
πΏ a list of foods to prioritise and foods to limit according to your individual journey
πΏ grocery shopping and pantry organisation
πΏ meal preparation in advance
πΏ practical recipes
πΏ access to my private space with video recipes
πΏ movement and daily activity
πΏ sleep and daily rhythm
πΏ breathing
πΏ bowel function
πΏ body awareness
πΏ working on your environment and daily habits
Everything becomes part of your Personalised Health Protocol.
It can become a consequence of the journey, rather than the only goal.
This is a fundamental point for me.
I want to help you understand your body more deeply,
to take care of your physiology,
and to build habits that can support your health over time.
And I don't want taking care of yourself to be something you do for a few weeks before returning to your previous life.
It should become part of your life.
When health becomes the centre of the journey, your relationship with your body can change too.
And for some women, this journey is also accompanied by weight reduction and changes in body shape.
But every body has its own timing.
Every story is different.
And that is precisely why I do not believe in one-size-fits-all journeys.
β You have tried many diets and are tired of starting over every time.
β You experience guilt or conflict around food.
β You would like to lose weight but no longer want to live with restrictions.
β You feel heavy and want to take deeper care of your health.
β You want to learn how to eat more consciously.
β You love food and don't want to turn it into an enemy.
β You want to build sustainable habits into your everyday life.
β You are finally ready to start looking at your body through different eyes.
It is a journey towards a deeper understanding of yourself.
πΏ More awareness.
πΏ More listening.
πΏ More nourishment.
πΏ More vitality.
πΏ More respect for your body.
And if, along this journey, your body also changes in shape and weight, that change becomes part of a much greater transformation.
πΈ If you feel that the time has come to stop fighting with your body and start listening to it,
we can begin here.
β¨ This is a journey of deep transformation that involves
π« Body
π« Mind
π« Heart
π« Spirit
and, as you say, completely transformed...
PS:
Get ahead of the game and choose either a juicer or an extractor.
You will see that it can be an important support
along our journey...
